Does Miftah cost me anything?

No. Miftah is free for agents. Tenants pay one fee for their whole move-in.

Will Miftah take my commission or my client?

No. We don’t list properties, broker deals or touch your commission. We only handle what happens after the lease is signed.

What do I actually have to do?

Send one link at signing, approve documents when asked, and let technicians in at key handover. You can follow every step in the portal.

Do I have to be there for every visit?

No. Visits are booked around key handover, when you’re already there. If you can’t make it, the tenant can be there or send someone they trust.

Can I join without my agency?

Yes. Sign up with your broker registration and start today. If your agency joins later, your move-ins come with you.

What happens when my tenant moves out?

We handle that too: notice, final bills, inspection and the deposit. You get a clean handover and a unit ready for your next tenant.
