Do I need to download an app?

No. Miftah works in the browser on your phone or laptop.

When should I start?

As soon as you sign your lease. The earlier you start, the more room we have to get everything ready for move-in day.

My agent didn’t send me a link. Can I still use Miftah?

Yes. Start your move-in, add your agent’s details, and we invite them for you.

How much of my time does it take?

Less than 10 minutes. You verify once, choose your services, and sign once. We do the rest.

I don’t have my Emirates ID yet. Can I start?

Yes. Start with your passport and residence visa, then add your Emirates ID when it arrives.
